How is my parcel sent and how long does it take to arrive?

  • Most of our orders will be despatched within 1 - 3 days however a selection of our products are hand made and may take up to 14 days to be despatched. Each product has an estimated time of delivery beside each product to help you, If there is any delay in your order arriving please contact us and we will check this for you.
  • To ensure a speedy delivery some products may arrive in separate packages depending on items ordered. 
  • Once products have been despatched in the UK they normally arrive in 2 - 3 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsiblity of the carrier and not of Aye Do as this is outwhith our control. All parcels require a signature when the are delivered and it is not standard practice for these to be left with a neighbour or placed somewhere without a signature. If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office . Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Aye Do. Alternative couriers will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long the item will be held before returning to Aye Do.  
  • If you would like to place an order that is urgent please contact us by e-mail sales@ayedo.co.uk with the products you are interested in and also the time they are required  so that we can let you know if we can meet your requirments.
  • The cost of re-sending packages which have not been delivered will be the responsibility of the customer.

How much do I pay for postage?

  • For all UK & Northern Ireland orders - these will be sent via Royal Mail or an alternative courier and will be charged at £3.50 plus £1 per additional items.
  • All UK urgent orders that have been agreed by E-mail to be prioritised will be charged at £9.99 plus £1 per additional item thereafter.
  • All Republic of Ireland orders - will be sent by Air Sure, Royal Mail International Signed For or by alternative courier and will be charged at £14.95 plus £1 per additional item.
  • All International orders - will be sent via Air Sure, Royal Mail International Signed For or alternative courier and will be charged at £18.95 plus £1 per additional item.

Can I return products if not suitable?

  • All products that are being returned must be sent back in the condition that they were sent and in their original packaging. All products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. We require all return items to be returned by Royal Mail recorder delivery.
  • many of our products are hand made so we limit the amount of products we send at one time, so if you are unsure of the products you would like please contact us and we can see if we can help by sending bead samples etc.
  • If you are returning your order please contact us by email sales@ayedo.co.uk to inform us of the reason and when it will be sent.
  • If we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy we reserve the right to reject a return.
  • In the event that a return parcel is not received by Aye Do we  request that you contact Royal Mail directly as Aye Do can not be held responsible in situations such as this.

  • Allow as much time as possible for your products to reach you.
  • If you choose urgent delivery these will be sent by courier or special delivery where the post office say 'we will continue to deliver special delivery items throughout the week'.
 

How are my details kept secure?

  • We beleive it is very important to keep our customers contact details secure and because of this we have secured our site and you will see this from the address on the menu which has https not just http https://www.ayedo.co.uk We have protected our site using comodo and security metrics which allows us to use a valid cetificate of proof that is visible on the site.
  • We like our customers to feel confident when buying from our site and and therefore all products purchased by credit or debit card are completed via the secure server 'Sage Pay'.  All transaction information passed between our site and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

 Pricing:

Aye Do reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of the manufacturers increase in their prices.
Discounts codes can only be used one at a time and products that have already been discounted will not incure any extra discounts.

How do I use my gift vouchers?

Gift Vouchers are sent free of charge by recorded delivery, once despatched items normally takes 3 -5 days however this is not a gauranteed service, if you are buying other products the normally postage charges mentioned above in the postage section will be charged .

Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. Tokens can be used in part and a new token will be sent for the remaining amount. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date purchased. Vouchers are redeemed on the website by typing your code into gift voucher box at checkout.
